Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our growing team in Kuwait. This role combines expertise in digital advertising strategy, account management, and sales to drive the growth of our advertiser portfolio. You will manage relationships with clients, strategize and implement impactful ad campaigns, and ensure their businesses thrive on our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Drive a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and onboard new advertisers to the ordable/ platform.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, understanding their business goals and delivering tailored ad strategies.
    • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts.
  • Advertising Campaign Management:
    • Develop, execute, and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, etc.).
    • Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and event tracking to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
    • Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and targeting to maximize ROAS and campaign performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (ROI, CTR, conversion rates), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Report progress and outcomes to internal teams and clients, aligning efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
    • Communicate revenue progress to the team and provide regular updates on sales performance.
  • Market Research & Innovation:
    • Research market trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behaviors to stay ahead of industry changes.
    • Leverage the latest tools, technologies, and trends to maintain a competitive edge in digital advertising.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • 0-2 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn, innovate, and excel in a dynamic environment.
