Our Story

In 2018, a home business owner selling baked goods was on the verge of closing her business to pursue other career goals overseas. Instead, a small team came together to build a solution that allowed her to fully operate from abroad. Quickly, she began merchandising her items online through social channels, accepting orders directly on her own website, processing payments, and dispatching deliveries direct to her customers. By the end of 2018, she grew her business 20-fold, all whilst working remotely. ordable/ was born out of the technology built for business owners with a need to grow.

Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a Partnerships Executive to join our growing team in Kuwait. As a Partnership Executive, youโ€™ll work directly with the Partnerships Manager to identify, grow, and monetize strategic relationships. Your focus will be on unlocking value through integrations, collaborations, and initiatives that drive product adoption and revenue growth โ€” both for ordable/ and for our merchant partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Partnerships Manager in developing and executing the partnership growth strategy.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing strategic partners, including integration and technology partners.
  • Identify, evaluate, and help onboard new potential partners that align with our growth goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to ensure smooth partnership activation and communication.
  • Collaborate with integration partners to identify joint go-to-market opportunities and product enhancements.
  • Track partnerships and provide reporting and insights on revenue, engagement, and growth impact.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Maintain a pulse on market trends and competitor partnerships to inform strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management (SaaS or tech environment preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills โ€” you can build rapport easily and professionally represent the company.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach; youโ€™re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, APIs, or tech integrations is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels; skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions.
